Conference Registration FAQs

I have forgotten my username and password.  How do I recover them?

Click the “I am a member” box on page 1 of registration.  Next click “I have forgotten my username and password”. You will be prompted to enter your username (same as the email you used to become a member) and the password will be emailed to you.

I have registered for the conference.  How do I change my sessions or add a lunch?  

You may make any changes to your conference registration by clicking on the link at the bottom of your confirmation email.  

I registered for the conference but can’t locate my confirmation or receipt of purchase.

Please check your email spam file!  If you still cannot locate a copy email ccirainfo@gmail.com and we will be happy to resend.

What is the refund policy of CCIRA?

Refunds for the CCIRA conference will not be given for inclement weather or due to scheduling conflicts. In the event of a non-weather related emergency written documentation must accompany the request. Refunds will not be issued for payments of $75.00 or less. A $75.00 non-refundable processing fee will be charged up to registration deadline and then a $100.00 non-refundable processing fee will be charged after that date up to the start of the conference. If a refund request is made before the registration deadline, all monies for payment of the conference will be refunded minus the non-refundable registration fee. After that time, refund requests must be made between 10 days of the start and 10 days of the end of the conference. Refunds during this time, if granted, will be for registration fees only, not meals or membership dues and shall be considered on an individual basis. All refund decisions will be made by the  conference chair.

I can no longer attend the conference may I send a colleague in my place?

Yes! We are happy to make name changes to existing conference registrations.  Please contact ccirainfo@gmail.com.

Is there parking at the Denver Marriott Tech Center and what is the cost?  

The Denver Marriott Tech Center offers parking on a first come first serve basis. Cost is $5.00 per day. Additional parking is offered for free at Greenwood Community Church at 5600 East Belleview Avenue, Greenwood Village. We provide shuttles to/from the Marriott. The Belleview Light Rail Station is 0.7 miles NW from hotel.

Are meals included in the conference fee?

If you register for the full conference or for Saturday only breakfast is included. This is ONLY for the Saturday morning session.  We hope you will sign up to attend our luncheons on Thursday and Friday at a cost of $40.00.  Our speakers are incredible and many sell out each year! All other meals are available for purchase inside the hotel.

Do you provide a private location for nursing mothers?

Yes.  Please make arrangements in advance by contacting ccirainfo@gmail.com.

I have food allergies can you accommodate me during luncheons for purchase?

Yes.  Please indicate your dietary needs during the registration process. 

I am traveling from out of state is my flight included in my registration fee?

No. CCIRA does not pay for transportation to attend the conference.
